Q. How to make order at Titanium Enterprise?
A. You just need to follow these simple steps:
1. Visit our blog and choose the item you like.
2. After that, send us purchasing details as follow:

    - Shipping Information
    - Payment Method      
3. You can send your purchasing details to us regarding matters any matters as below:

Payment
Q. What forms of payment you accept?
A. For now, we only accept direct bank in/transfer and COD(Cash On Delivery. The place for COD will  only be around UTHM area. Any enquiry you can kindly contact us directly.

Shipping  
Q. What shipping methods are you using?
A. We will ship out your product using Pos Laju service. Other shipping service can be requested.

Q. When will you ship out the item?
A.  We will ship out the item right after 2-3 days we received the payment.

Q. I want to place an order, but would like to know hoe much shipping is going to cost first.
A. Don't worry, you can always order the items first, we don't charge you right after you have submitted your order. Instead, we will calculate the total shipping cost after your order has been received. We will send you an order confirmation email stated the total shipping costs you have to pay. You can then decide to make payment or cancel your order (if you are unsatisfied with the shipping cost).
